View from my guesthouse in Georgetown, Penang, Malaysia. I made a trip south from Bangkok to get my 3 month Thai visa. Georgetown is an interesting and colourful place to spend a few days in.
Petronas Towers, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. These are the world's tallest buildings (you read correctly), as featured in the recent movie Entrapment. They're wonderfully designed and are very impressive.
Cherating, on the east coast of peninsula Malaysia. Cherating is a sleepy beach resort that I loved staying at. I have to get back there one of these days.
